Homeowners are responsible for their visitors. Speeding citations will be issued only for personal guests, not vendors or delivery services.

If a guest or vendor damages a gate, the homeowner will be cited. CESM will attempt to collect payment from the guest if the homeowner provides their contact information promptly. Ultimately, the homeowner is responsible for paying the fine.
