Homeowners must maintain an updated list of their vehicles with CESM. You cannot make changes to your vehicles or RFID information through Tekwave. If you transfer your RFID to another vehicle, you must immediately update the vehicle information with CESM. If your RFID is found on a vehicle not registered with CESM, you may be issued a citation, and it will not be rescinded.

Note: In the past, “black bar transponders” were sold to residents for use on a dedicated vehicle. These transponders must still be used as described above.
