I take full responsibility for any actions taken by drivers of the vehicle(s) on my account and for any damage done to any Chateau Elan common property, club property, or Chateau Elan Owners property. I understand that RFID’s may not be transferred and doing so without immediately notifying CESM will result in a $100.00 fine, plus the cost of a new RFID. I understand that gates within Chateau Elan permit one vehicle at a time.
