CESM (Chateau Elan Services Management) is a non-profit LLC established to manage homeowner services for all of Chateau Elan. CESM is funded by the homeowners’ associations (HOAs) within the community. The HOAs are the members of CESM, not the individual homeowners. The CESM Committee consists of representatives from each HOA.
