(RFID & Golf Cart Registration)
RFID and Golf Cart Registration Information
You can purchase an RFID before receiving your permanent license plate. The RFID will expire 60 days from the date of issuance, pending CESM’s receipt of your permanent license plate number. Once you receive your permanent plate, please notify Gwen Gibson by email at ggibson@chateauelan.net.

Important Notes:
- Incomplete applications will not be processed.
Application Options:
- In-Person Applications:
Available every Wednesday from 10 AM to 1 PM. - Online Applications:
Submit by Tuesday at 5 PM. You can pick up your RFID that same Wed – Fri, between 10 AM and 1 PM or Saturday 12PM – 4PM.
Payment Information:
- RFIDs must be paid for online at the time of application submission. Click here to purchase RFIDs online.
Registration Costs:
- RFID: $40 each
- Golf Cart Registration: $50 (includes RFID and Chateau Elan Resident Stickers). Click here to register golf cart online.
