I take full responsibility for any actions taken by drivers of the vehicle(s) on my account and for any damage done to any Chateau Elan common property, club property, or Chateau Elan Owners property. I understand that RFID’s may not be transferred and doing so without immediately notifying CESM will result in a $100.00 fine, plus the cost of a new RFID. I understand that gates within Chateau Elan permit one vehicle at a time.

I further understand that I am responsible for knowledge of my HOA’s governing documents, Chateau Elan Rules and Regulations and all other information that is posted to the Community Website, www.CESMbraselton.com, and in announcements sent through TEKWave.

All golf carts, UTVs, and similar vehicles must be registered with CESM.

Golf carts, UTVs, and similar types of vehicles without working headlights will not be permitted on Chateau Elan streets after dusk. Headlights and taillights must be on while on Chateau Elan streets after dusk and until dawn. The number of passengers must not exceed the number of seats.

For the safety of minors and the community at large, the following age restrictions are enforced:

Children under 12 years of age are not permitted to drive golf carts within Chateau Elan.

12- to 14-Year-Old: Must be accompanied by parent or legal guardian.

15-Year-Old: Permitted to drive alone or with only an adult.

16/17-Year-Old: May operate golf carts, UTVs, or similar types of vehicles; shall hold valid driver’s license.
